Oil Systems

Everything from oil coolers and our world leading dry sump tanks, to oil / air separators and catch tanks. Available in virtually any shape and capacity for road, race and rally use.
Water Systems
For Radiators, Header Tanks, Expansion Tanks and Swirl Pots
We offer a full range of aluminium radiators, coolant header tanks, water swirl pots, expansion tanks and heat exchangers. Built both to our own design or to your individual requirements.
Only top quality UK sourced cores are used in all our radiators. This ensures high strength and light weight, combined with excellent performance.
Air Systems
Intercoolers and Heat Exchangers
Our range of intercoolers provide extreme thermal efficiency – typically reducing charge temperatures down to 28 deg C. Even lower in some cases. Standard designs are complemented by our ‘design & build to order’ service. In addition, we can provide a full re-coring capability for some radiators and intercoolers – using the correct cores to maintain peak performance.
Fuel Systems
Fuel Tanks, Swirl Pots, Remote Filler and Splash Trays
Top quality fuel tanks – filled with correct type 4 Military Spec safety foam – are available in a wide variety of capacities and sizes. We also design and manufacture units to customer requirements These can include built-in swirl pots, fuel pick-up wells and shut-off valves if required. A range of external swirl pots complete with appropriate fittings are also available.
Hydraulic Systems
Power Steering Tanks and Coolers
Along with our Universal Power Steering Heat Exchanger, (that that will keep the fluid temperature about 10ºC above the water temperature) we also have a Cosworth PAS reservior based on the original plastic version. We can also offer bespoke reservoirs, heat exchangers and air-to-fluid coolers made to your own design and specification.
