The perfect answer to brake cooling, for those who drive to the track!
Designed specifically for the BMW F8x platform, these cooling ducts fit the BMW M2, M3 and M4 cars, and replace the flimsy OE stone guard. They cover almost the entire face of the disc so protect it from debris and the weather, but still offer cooling but only towards the bell of the disc so the cooling vanes have a steady supply of air. Special care has been taken so that air is not blown directly onto the disc face! Designed to work equally well with stock discs, BTCC discs and the monster 390mm AP discs seen on GT3/4 brakes.
Kit includes all M6 steel fasteners required to fit. Special attention should be taken when fitting to ensure proper clearances are maintained with important suspension and braking components.
This kit may not work with all aftermarket suspension components, particularly dampers with fixed position remote reservoirs.
This ‘SE51mm’ version has been designed to work perfectly with the ‘Speed Engineering’ and other 3d printed scoops that use 50/51mm hose, all sold separately.
