Extending the useful life of any item is the best way to ensure you are able to obtain maximum value from it, and our cleanable dry sump tanks are the prefect example. By adding the CNC billet flanges to our range of Millington approved oil tanks has resulted in a product that can be re-used over and over, extending its useful life indefinitely.
We have taken our ever popular AHF087 1.5 gallon oil tank, and made it into a product that can be split, cleaned and reassembled at home or in the garage, without any special tools. The oring ensures an oil tight seal, and the standard fixings ensure reliability into the future. The result is the AHF170-3 2 gallon oil tank, now available with our popular lightweight flanges.
This high spec tank features vertical and horizontal baffles for high G cornering. 3.8G has been tested so far.
The Millington approved deaeration head removes the air from the returning oil by effectively separating the air from the oil, without oil loss from the breather.
The bolt flanged body not only makes the tank easy to take apart for cleaning, but also gives you the option to change the direction of the inlet by rotating the body.
